Product feed guide for stores
Updated 29 October 2026
We read your store's product feed on a schedule (every 6 hours by default) and show its prices in our comparison tables. A feed can be a URL that's always up to date (recommended) or a file you send manually.
Supported formats
- Google Shopping XML (Merchant Center RSS/Atom). If you already advertise on Google Shopping, the same feed works.
- CSV separated by commas, semicolons, tabs, or pipes; the first row contains column names; UTF-8 encoding.
- JSON as a list of products, or an object with a
products,items, ordatakey.
Files may be gzip-compressed. Feeds protected by a password or API token are supported too.

Other common column names (e.g. sku, name, stock) are
recognised too, and our team can map custom columns.
Getting products listed quickly
- Include a GTIN or model number; products without either are matched by name and may need a manual check.
- Keep prices and stock in your feed the same as on your store's pages.
- Products missing from two imports in a row are hidden automatically.
