VEGE Remanufactured Automatic Transmissions 7221-MB

7221-MB is a VEGE remanufactured automatic transmission with four forward gears and a stock bellhousing bolt pattern; lockup torque converter compatibility is not part of this unit's listed specification. Before you order Verify your vehicle does not require a locking torque converter, since that function is not listed as supported here, and confirm the stock bolt pattern and shift pattern line up with the transmission you are removing. This reman unit is built to factory specification rather than calibrated for performance driving. What's included Omitted here are the flexplate, a wiring harness, a dipstick, a controller, fluid, and a cooler, so plan to source those elsewhere for your installation; a torque converter comes included in the package. Case and pan are aluminum in a natural finish, with the pan kept to the stock style used on the original equipment unit. Condition Listed as refurbished, this transmission has gone through inspection and rebuilding rather than being new, and it leaves the shop sold on its own, not grouped into a larger parts kit. Expect a core-exchange style rebuild rather than new-production manufacturing. Can this run with a lockup converter? No, that function is not listed for this particular part number. Does it come with transmission fluid? No, add your own during installation. Will the case material differ from a new unit? No, it is aluminum with a natural finish either way.
