About this product

LS Classic Series' GMLS3008 copies the styling of GM's second-generation mechanical fuel injection, the kind seen on the '63 and '65 Corvettes, built around an LS3 rectangular-port head bolt pattern in a cast two-piece aluminum casting. Inside the box Fuel rails are billet aluminum with a black powder coat finish, and the kit ships with the mounting hardware and gaskets needed for installation. Injectors are stock, short LS3/EV6 units rated at 42 pounds per hour, and the manifold is built around a stock GM four-bolt, drive-by-wire throttle body; confirm your throttle body's bore and bolt pattern against the manifold before ordering, since neither the throttle body nor the injectors are part of this kit. Compatibility with your electronics Expect this manifold to run on factory engine management or on a Holley Terminator X or similar aftermarket controller that handles drive-by-wire throttle and EV6 injector wiring. Construction is a cast two-piece unit made in the USA, shipped partially assembled, so plan on some bench work putting it together before it goes on the engine. Who it suits Choose this kit if the goal is the second-generation Corvette fuel-injection look on an LS engine running rectangular-port LS3 heads, rather than the cathedral-port heads LS Classic also supports.
