Lincoln Electric 300 MP Perkins Cc/Cv Welder Generator

The Lincoln Classic 300 MP, in its Perkins CC/CV configuration, is a pipe and construction welding engine drive finished in painted gray steel. What it's for A turbocharged Perkins diesel, rated at roughly 24.7 horsepower and spinning at 1800 RPM across three water-cooled cylinders, provides the power here. DC welding smoothness tops out around 350 amps on this Perkins-powered package, and a Custom Arc control adjusts engine speed by up to 150 RPM to fine-tune heat input at the arc. A 5-step current control works together with fine tuning to set amperage, voltage, and slope, supporting a digging arc for root beads or a softer arc for stacking passes on fill and cap work. What to confirm first Confirm your exact target duty-cycle amperage with us before ordering, since documentation for this engine and generator combination references more than one duty-cycle figure. At 1,364 pounds, plan your truck bed or trailer mounting accordingly, and note this runs on single-phase DC output. What comes with it A 16-gallon fuel tank is sized for roughly 64 hours of runtime at low or no idle, or around 14.3 hours of continuous welding at full output, and a fuel gauge is built into the control panel for monitoring that during a shift. This is suited to pipeline, construction, and maintenance and repair work, and is backed by a 3-year warranty.
