Kubota 325 Kubota Diesel W/Excel Power

This Trailblazer 325 configuration adds a factory-installed Excel Power inverter system to the Kubota diesel package, supplying a full 2,400 watts, or 20 amps, of 120-volt sine wave power at any engine speed, including idle. Why that matters Because Excel Power is available even at idle, tools such as grinders can run at quieter, fuel-saving engine speeds rather than forcing the diesel to full RPM just to generate usable AC current. This maker states the result is meaningfully better fuel economy than running an equivalent load without Excel Power engaged. Core welding and generator specs Welding output on this unit reaches up to 325 amps, with DC stick running 30 to 325 amps and DC TIG running 10 to 325 amps, and generator output peaks at 12,000 watts. A 25 HP Kubota diesel drives the package, rated by this maker at roughly 24.8 horsepower at 3,600 RPM, with a 12-gallon fuel tank. What to check before buying At 620 pounds, plan your mounting setup accordingly, and note that ArcReach remote control of the power source and feeder remains an optional add-on rather than something included here. Sound levels are rated at 75 dB at a 150-amp load, rising to 81.5 dB at a 325-amp load, which is worth factoring in for jobsite noise planning. The overall unit is backed by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
