BluePrint Engines BluePrint BP3505CTFD 350 Deluxe Crate Engine Longblock, Injection

The BP3505CTFD swaps the carburetor for fuel injection on BluePrint's deluxe-dressed 350, keeping the 390 hp and 410 lb-ft rating while adding an EFI system in place of the intake and carburetor used on the carbureted deluxe build. What ships with the EFI dress Beyond the EFI hardware itself, this tier adds an aluminum intake, an HEI distributor, spark plugs and wires, a long water pump, a thermostat, a waterneck, and a harmonic balancer, on top of the valve covers, oil pan, and timing cover every engine ships with. Think of this as a long block plus EFI package rather than a full accessory-drive engine. Inside the long block Compression sits at 9.2:1 thanks to hypereutectic pistons running a 3.480-inch stroke, inside the USA-made, 4.000-inch-bore cast iron block. Valve sizing on the aluminum heads is 2.02 inches intake and 1.60 exhaust, over a 64cc chamber. Coverage runs 30 months or 50,000 miles from the purchase date. Q: Is a carburetor included as a backup? No, this is built and sold as an EFI engine. This tier suits a builder who wants fuel injection without the front accessory drive, perhaps because the donor vehicle already has a working alternator, power steering pump, and A/C compressor mounted that can carry over to the new long block, saving both the cost and the install time of a second accessory set.
