Ariens Platinum (24″) SHO 369cc Two-Stage Snow Blower 921063

The Ariens Platinum (24") SHO carries a redesigned look over prior Platinum models while keeping the super-high-output impeller that defines the SHO line, paired with a 369cc engine. What carries over from the SHO line The SHO impeller is built to throw snow farther than a standard impeller at the same engine size, which is the main reason to choose a Platinum SHO over Ariens' other two-stage models at a similar width. Auto-Turn triggerless steering gives it a zero-degree turning radius for working in tighter spaces despite the throw distance. Comfort and build Heated handgrips keep hands warmer on long clearing sessions, and an LED headlight covers low-light conditions. Wheel drive comes from the Disc-O-Matic system, the gear case is cast iron, and the operator can rotate the chute without breaking stride. Does it have electric start and what size is the tank? Yes to electric start, and the tank holds .8 gallons. What's new about this version? A redesigned look, while keeping the same SHO impeller and core mechanicals. Warranty? Three years of consumer coverage; model number 921063. Between the SHO impeller, heated grips and LED lighting, this sits above Ariens' standard two-stage models at this width in both throw distance and operator comfort, making it the dressier option at 24 inches. Buyers moving up from an aging single-stage or compact machine tend to notice the extra throw distance first. What colour is it? It comes in the factory orange and black finish.
