PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The PowerPac Induction Cooker consists of copper coils located beneath a ceramic Crystal Plate. When electricity passes through these coils, it generates a magnetic field that induces an electric current in compatible cookware (such as pots or pans made of magnetic materials like stainless steel) placed on the Crystal Plate. As the cookware resists this induced current, heat is generated rapidly and evenly within the utensil itself. This allows food to be cooked efficiently and uniformly, similar to traditional gas or electric cooking methods, but with improved performance and safety. Main Features • Even Heating No hot spots are formed in the cookware, ensuring food is cooked evenly without burning or undercooking. • Cleaner Cookware Base The bottom of the utensil remains clean and free from blackened or burnt marks commonly caused by gas flames or electric hot plates. • High Energy Efficiency Induction technology transfers energy directly from the source to the cookware, resulting in higher efficiency compared to conventional gas or electric cooking methods. • Enhanced Safety The cooker operates without an open flame, and the Crystal Plate itself does not generate direct heat, reducing the risk of burns and fire hazards. • Environmentally Friendly No flame, smoke, or carbon monoxide is produced during operation. • Easy Cleaning The smooth Crystal Plate surface can be easily cleaned using a soft sponge with mild detergent and water. • Cookware Compatibility Only cookware made of magnetic materials (e.g. stainless steel) is suitable for use.
